#6: FREE HAIRCUTS
A Jewish rabbi went to a barber for a haircut. After the haircut, he asked, “How much is the haircut?” The barber replied, “You are a rabbi, a man of God—it’s free.”
The next morning, when the barber went to his shop, he found at the doorsteps, a bottle of wine, with a beautifully handwritten Thank You note.
Sometime later, a Catholic priest went to the barber for a haircut. After the haircut, he asked, “How much is the haircut?” The barber replied, “You are a priest, a man of God—it’s free.”
The next morning, when the barber went to his shop, he found at the doorsteps, a loaf of freshly baked bread, with a beautifully handwritten Thank You note.
Still sometime later, a Protestant pastor went to the barber for a haircut. After the haircut, he asked, “How much is the haircut?” The barber replied, “You are a pastor, a man of God—it’s free.”
The next morning, when the barber went to his shop, he found at the doorsteps, ten pastors waiting for free haircuts.
